Pay attention. Be astounded. Tell about it. (Mary Oliver)
Welcome here.
This website shares information about my background, approach, the work I’ve completed, the services I offer, and the resources that inspire me.
I’d also like you to know a bit about who I am.
I live in the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. I’m a big-picture thinker, and I care deeply about transforming systems so they work better for everyone. I believe meaningful change happens when we:
engage people across all parts of the system
listen deeply, especially to those whose voices are least heard
cultivate authentic relationships grounded in trust and care
treat the work as sacred and purposeful
weave love and kindness through everything we do, and
nurture a culture of learning and reflection
Over time, I’ve come to understand how essential it is to be aware of our positionality and privilege—the social, cultural, and historical contexts that shape how we see the world and how the world sees us. For me, this means continually reflecting on the power, resources, and opportunities I hold, and using them with intention to open doors, redistribute influence, and amplify the wisdom and leadership already present in communities. It’s a practice of accountability, humility, and solidarity — and one that keeps me grounded in both purpose and gratitude.
