This multi-media blog series is the product of my Community Psychology dissertation research. It was an evaluation learning journey that engaged African Nova Scotian and Mi'kmaw community members, a facilitation team, and provincial government officials. We wanted to influence the ecosystem in which evaluation takes place in Nova Scotia, so that it can adapt to better serve communities. We learned about decolonizing evaluation while supporting new and emerging evaluators conducting evaluation in ways that reflect community worldviews and values.
