Anti-Indigenous Racism in Health Care Complaint Processes in Atlantic Canada: Finding a Better Path (2024) - this report was co-written with Pyra Management Consulting, and is the result of an environmental scan we conducted for the Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs Secretariat (APC). The scan looked at existing complaint structures in the Atlantic Region, and made recommendations to APC about addressing anti-Indigenous racism in the health care system.
GEO Nova Scotia Annual Report to Community: Reflections, Evaluation & Learning (2022-2023) - this evaluation report is about GEO’s early work, and uses the organization’s strategic plan as a frame of reference.
GEO Nova Scotia’s Story of Transformation - GEO Nova Scotia, its community partners, private sector partners, government partners, and community members embarked on a collaborative and artistic journey to co-create the story of how GEO would do its work to get people and connected while transforming the systems in which the work is taking place. It uses the stone soup story as a metaphor to show how everyone involved contributes, and everyone involved benefits from this collective work.
GEO Nova Scotia 2021-2022 Evaluation Report - this report summarizes findings of GEO’s pilot phase. The methodology incorporated a capacity-building approach, where staff in community organizations learned about evaluation and collected and interpeted stories about impact from participants.
